Down Together

About this site

Why it exists

Down Together was born from a personal experience: when a Down syndrome diagnosis arrives, clear, current information in your own language isn't always easy to find. This site gathers, in both Spanish and English, content based on verified sources.

Sources we use

We only cite and rely on recognized Down syndrome and public health organizations:

How content is generated

Every article is drafted with Claude (Anthropic's AI assistant), which searches the sources above, synthesizes the information, and cites the original source. No article is published without human review: every draft goes through editorial review before approval, and is explicitly marked as reviewed in the article's own file.

This content doesn't replace medical consultation. For health topics, we describe what the sources say and recommend consulting a professional for personal decisions.
